- Players main motivation this week is to send the seniors out on a good note and keep Pitt out of a bowl game b/c they are 5-6. Also want to atone for the lopsided loss that happened at Heinz Field last season

- Last week of the season...emotional week b/c its senior week...still need to put their efforts towards this game
- Playing for bowl eligibility...one of the most improved teams since the beginning of the season
- Sunseri (245 passes w/o and interception)...18 TDs and 2 Ints
- Ray Graham...best running back in BE before ACL last year...happy to see him overcoming the injury...needs 52 yards to get to 1,000 on the season

- Shanahan and Street are good receivers...OL has been stepping up well
- Ranked 23rd in scoring, 29 in total, and in the 20s for passing efficency and another stat on D
- Very improved since the beginning of the year
- Aaron Donald up from (97) is good and also the secondary...will be going up against Thor and he's up for the challenge
- Spirited practice in pads today

- Good opportunity to say "goodbye" to guys like BJ, Lamar, Barrington, Landi
- Have done a good job leading even though it doesnt show in the record
- Even though it's senior week...still focused on Pitt
- Not a revenge game...more about redemption...not trying to take a bowl game away, but still wants to win

Opportunity to show how good the team can be and the young guys can get great experiences
- Young players are now "battle-tested"...young guys have a lot of fire b/c they are getting their opportunities right now
- Durden, D'vo, Price, JT, Tashon, Floyd...keeps the energy high
- They are the ones who are keeping the energy up...excited to see how much they can improve for next year

- A win will really help the momentum of the program and erase some frustrations that senior class has had to deal with the last two seasons
- The team has never quit on the season, even with all of the adversity
- The problem with playing young players isnt about talent, it's about consistency
- Landi and Popek will be nice to have back healthy...Davis and D'vo back healthy will help Floyd and get them into the endzone

- Field position has been poor...starting position as been at the 18 yardline
- Not enough turnovers and helping the offense out...aka giving them a short field
- The loss of BJ really hurts in the "putting up points department"...also LL
- Some of the growing pains have been hard for floyd and getting points on the board

- Losing big play players (LL, BJ, and Andre) really have hurt the offense
- Not sure if any Jrs. will be honored on Saturday
- Not concerned with Conf realignment...Skip hasn't been included in the conversations about the changes in the BE
- Happy to see ECU in the BE...they deserved a step up

All it does is cause a basketball osmosis of sorts.
I love how Mike, you were thinking we should be looking to get payback for that beatdown last year, and then Skip gets on there and says we shouldn't be trying to stop them from getting into a bowl, but to get a win.
He's too nice.

Why would we be honoring JR's on Saturday?
And when did we lose Andre to injury? I think there was one week they were concerned AND HE STILL PLAYED IN THAT GAME.
