Tampa (Fla.) Tampa Catholic wide receiver Zach Benjamin made things official this afternoon. The 6-foot-5, 190-pound prospect signed his letter of intent to attend South Florida at 3:30 today.
A longtime USF commit, Benjamin has been one of the biggest supporters of the Bulls recruiting efforts this season.
"I'm really excited to get it all done and finally become a bull," Benjamin told Bulls247 on Wednesday. "It's crazy to think I've finally reached my dreams. I can't wait to get there and start working."
Benjamin brings sure hands, efficient route running and a threat to stretch the field to USF. While he doesn't bring the top-end threat to run by you, his size will give him the height advantage over most BCS corner backs.
