    Haha, Kevin Weiss is a new intern that will be working with Mike this spring covering the football team.

    Mike did a great job last year covering the team on a day-to-day basis. This year Kevin will be with him to bring you guys even more content.

    This is his first article for Bulls247. I thought he did a great job on it.

    Hello Vroomy,

    I am a student at USF who was given an opportunity to intern for Josh at Bulls 24/7. I also work for USF's student-run radio station as a sports broadcaster and weekend radio host. I hope to add some content that you and the other subscribers enjoy reading!

    I appreciate the kind words. I hope to bring what you guys are looking for as far as USF coverage is concerned. Also, I'll be at Spring Practices this year providing updates/content as well.

    I agree. Secondary play is definitely something that needs to be addressed w/ only 2 INTs as a team. I absolutely loved the hiring of DB coach Ron Cooper. 20+ years as a college coach who can develop corners and maximize their ability. That's all you can ask for if your Taggart.

    Thanks, NormalBull. It's funny you ask that. I actually grew up in Southern Indiana/Louisville, Ky. where basketball(HS and college) is a way of life. I love college hoops and have always tried to make an effort to lay out a segment or two for USF Basketball talk on my radio program as well as having done some color commentary for the student-radio station. It all depends on what Josh asks me to do, but its definitely something I'd love to write about if there is enough interest, etc. It was kind of a culture-shock when I moved down here in regards to the interest level of NCAAB, but I know there is a niche market out there for USF hoops.

  • I personally am just a USF junkie in general. Football is #1 for me (even after what Holtz did to it), but everything USF is gravy as far as I'm concerned. Any coverage of the sports outside of football is greatly appreciated

    Yeah dude, I'm all day every day USF sports in general. Football is also my number 1 but I follow all of our sports. Well... most of them. Some I'm just not interested in but I do want them to be successful. I'll leave it at that. lolrockon GO BULLS

    e: To give you some actual CC, I really enjoyed the article. The only critique I could give you would be to watch for run on sentences. I had to re-read some of the lines because the sentence I was reading had so much going on. Otherwise, great first article!

    Thanks for your input/suggestions! Future posts will probably be more concise and less wordy overall while still getting the main points across. It's good to see so many passionate USF fans. I look forward to interacting with you all & giving more Bulls coverage.
