Okay - That's most of them. Feel free to add more to this thread ... What are your thoughts on some of these tapes?
Dang, Kyle. You just messed up my morning tomorrow as I will have to study film instead of do any serious work.
Send my apologies to your boss :D

QB commit Mike White
http://www.gridironstuds.com - 2012 senior year highlights of Mike White QB - University School - Ft. lauderdale, FL
Every time I see him I'm convinced he's a better QB than Woulard. I know people talk about upside and potential... but he has just as much upside as anyone and those numbers.. 6-5 200 just jump off the page. Poised, has great timing, accurate passer, and very polished. I mean I'm going to call the guy "The Natural"

I'm not saying White isn't better, but the weapons around absolutely contributes to White's success. Most BCS caliber QBs would have success with skill position players like White had.
Yeah... but then you look at his footwork, timing, and overall play. You could say that it contributed to helping some of those guys look great. Depends on what you're looking at. I look at when passes are thrown and where... the timing and anticipation of the pass. When receivers are turning their heads the ball is already coming. Hard to teach that though you can. He has it. I've seen Woulard play and he waits. This guy stands in there and tosses it. I get your point but I'm looking at more than stats... I'm looking at the skill set. He has beautiful footwork, keeps the ball high, flips of his hand quick, because the kid has a lightning release. He checks down and still... it's all fluid. I think he's a steal. That's why he got bumped up to a high three star and probably should have been a four. He has supreme confidence and didn't shy away from USF because of Woulard talks. He's a real competitor in football and baseball... this kid just wins. 9-2 as a baseball starter and a state championship in football. Also, he's extremely smart.
I know I'll get bashed for this but if White does indeed sign, no reason to think he won't, he'll start as a true freshman. I just have that feeling and I don't get it often.
Out of those highlights at the top I really thought Wright, Hector, and Threatt's were impressive. Simply because how well they move. Wright covers so much ground against the run. Hector's feet look great to me.Threatt is a beast run blocking good lord he finishes those blocks. Liked seeing him get to the second level and pull from the OG position. Showed a good motor in a few of those DT highlights too. Go look at the difference between Threatt and Hall's film. Both guys are similar size, but Threatt moves better and is a nastier run blocker.
The timing, accuracy, and anticipation of his throws is definitely what stood out to me no doubt. Would've liked to have seen a few more passes under pressure. Or some throws to covered WRs, but that's not his fault. Didn't really see any mobility in those highlights either Really did like the way he threw a couple guys open. That's trust and knowing your WR is good enough to get there

and trust his hard to find...lol I've seen him run but he literally rarely does it. He's def. a pass first guy. He doesn't have blazing speed, he's only a 4.7 guy... but that's enough sometimes.
I agree....no wonder Robert Weiner called Mitchell Wright 'an electric playmaker!' Wow! I was at a Plant game this year when I heard a college coach or scout say that Wright could be one of the most underrated players in this years class and 'if he gets to 240 pounds and keeps his speed he could be the next Clay Matthews'.
I also watched Mike White in the State Championship game and his film. He has good form and looks so fluid whe he throws....
