MIami absolutely yes, especially with the news that came out. UCF probably should get something much more serious than what they will actually receive, but there's nothing new there. Although they were on probation at the time as well, so that would definitely play a factor as they would be labeled as "repeat offenders". The only way I see Penn State getting hit with that is if the NCAA goes with the "Lack of institutional control" allegation, which is accurate. I don't think they'll get the death penalty, but I think this is far from over from an NCAA standpoint.
